Ajay Rambal joined LG Electronics India as an IT Infra manager. His 18-year stint at LG helped him transform from an IT infra leader to an evolved business IT leader. Rambal has in-depth knowledge on various aspects of business management, leveraging IT - both at strategic and tactical levels. He implemented several best-in-class, industry leading solutions such as a global single instance of ERP, LG CSNet, BI and SOMS, WMS, and CIC (Customer Interaction Center). All of these initiatives have been widely appreciated by the industry.

LG operates two call centers, one at Noida with 450 seats and the other at Mumbai with 350 seats. Existing CIC Solution was over 9 Years old. At LG Electronics, the IT team under Rambal’s guidance implemented Cisco Contact Center Collaboration Suite. The software suite included 450 licenses, server and voice gateway hardware and services to prepare interfaces with CRM and other social websites. The solution implemented is scalable to 2000 agents and cater requirements to integrate with social sites like Facebook and WhatsApp.
