Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance designed a partner on-boarding kit which provides a ready-to-use API (Application Programming Interface) for partners to integrate with their portals. The kit was introduced in March 2019, and provides end-to-end integration between Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance and its partners for facilitating seamless onboarding of customers through new business process, policy servicing through BOTs and a partner-business dashboard. The new business process on the partner on-boarding kit details out the process to be followed for integration between partners and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance for issuance of retail life insurance products. The kit further equips partners to integrate policy servicing facility on their portal through BOTs. This enables partners to service all policy requirements of customers in their journey to achieve their life goals. Additionally, the partner on-boarding kit provides a unified business dashboard to enable partners keep track of business figures and conversions, even as per hierarchy. The principal advantage of the partner on-boarding kit is that it hosts ready-to-use APIs, thus reducing the time to market. Further, this kit has helped improve business efficiencies and expedite business processes.
