B.S. Nagarajan is the Senior Director & Chief Technologist for VMware India. He covers the entire VMware portfolio, with a focus on evangelizing and developing the market for VMware Cloud on AWS, NFV and emerging growth areas such as IoT and developer-focused solutions. As the CTO for VMware India, BSN is responsible for providing leadership to the technical community and building a strong connection with the engineering teams. He has played a key role in evangelizing VMware’s technologies throughout his career spanning over 10 years with the company. A veteran with more than 23 years of experience, Nagarajan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Production Engineering from Bangalore University.

Melissa became a Foresight Practitioner and Professional Director after 25 years’ experience as a technology entrepreneur and CEO of a number of Technology companies.

She trained with The Institute for the Future in Palo Alto and also with Clayton Christiansen in his approach to Disruptive Innovation through Harvard.

In 2015, she was honored by Queen Elizabeth  with the ‘Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit’ for her services to technology.

BILL ZENG

Bill Zeng as Chief Technology Officer and Director of Sales Engineering of Asia Pacific for Poly is responsible for leading the company’s technology vision in the region, as well as craft product and solution strategy for the region.With over two decades of experience in telecom and IT industry as a tech leader and innovator, he has in-depth knowledge in both voice and video technologies (MGCP, H323, SIP, H264 etc.), some of which he helped develop as an active contributor in various standardization bodies.

Zeng holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree with First Class Honor from University of Technology, Sydney.
